Jack is a Wiltshire boy through and through. He grew up and was educated in the South Cotswolds where he currently lives with his family. Jack has always had a strong work ethic – he believes in the simple philosophy that the more you put in, the more you get out. While still at school studying for his A levels he secured his first job, balancing study and employment and on completion of his A levels he decided that employment, rather than university, was his preferred choice. Jack currently works at the South Cotswold Conservatives Association as a political assistant – working with the team to challenge those in power, questioning decision making and working to bring people together. He has always been interested in politics and service and given his background it is no surprise that he has a particular affinity with the rural and countryside economies.
Jack grew up in a hardworking household and despite his young age he has a passion for people, community and solid family values. Part of his focus is to get the younger generation engaged and interested in their community, their local services and politics generally. He believes that only by all generations pulling together can we be of one voice and make a real difference on the ground - to our local healthcare and education provision, to our quality of life reflected in planning decisions and to our local infrastructure and services
